Having
people that can and will help is something that will benefit everyone in the
long run. Sharing experiences can bring something to the table that wasn’t
there before due to not knowing it was around.
Many
are spread out from each other in some way even in the same state all because
of living situations. Bigger cities usually have more people though because of
more public transit
Struggling
is more of something that can be changed out after a while. Why? After a while
the struggle is over because of getting used to the frequency as well as what
to do and how. To further add, one is able to tell others about having
Epilepsy.
Helping others especially friends that have
started having seizures is something that can go a long ways even though it may
not seem like it. Being there for someone after a seizure will always help.
Everyone needs friends
Reaching
out is always the first step in anything. Many are not willing to do so because
of being embarrassed or scared. It is okay to be both. The flipside to that is
it will be worth it in the end.
Nobody
“deals with it” they live with it. It is not something to be sorry about. It
shows negative thoughts and vibes when saying that sorry about living with it.
Change
in thinking is something that many can and eventually do because of seeing
others with Epilepsy leading a normal life. People assume things about everyone
especially those with medical conditions
Positive
thinking results in positive thoughts, actions and reactions. Eventually
positivity breaks negative thought habits. Often times, those with Epilepsy
that get stuck in a negative rut as I call it do not realize how negative they
are until later on
Negative
thoughts lead to negative actions and reactions. With negativity comes negative
outcomes. It also adds a layer of depression because of feeling worthless and
useless. Yes that is normal to an extent. Teaching others about Epilepsy as
well as leading a normal life to the best of your ability can help even more.
It may seem like a lot but it is not when time flies.
Most
generally are positive people due to seeing multiple sides of having Epilepsy.
There is an added layer to it though. Even the most positive person has many
moments of negative and feeling useless. It is one of many things that are
inevitable. There are downsides to everything and always will be. There are
even people that seem like positive people that are very negative.
