Change

Change happens every minute of every day with society slowly starting to realize that giving back and making a difference can change lives.
Society is always ever changing. However, the one thing that has remained constant has been how people view others. Often times, people judge and label others without a second thought without realizing how much it affects people.  Visually seeing someone judging or labeling people is a visual confirmation of how labeling or judging someone affects people. Society today is in a downward spiral that is more negative than positive. There are more people that are not in good places as a result of negative thinking. More often than not, negative thinking gets a person negative reactions. In contrast, positive thinking gets people places. The difference is thinking positively or negatively. Positive actions lead to positive results with the same being said about negative thoughts and actions. To give back is one of the things that can help other’s more than people will ever know.
Giving back sounds like one of the few things celebrities are only allowed to do when in fact anyone can do it. In comparison, many have and continue to give back to their community. Also, there are young children in addition to teens that give their toys as well as other items that they no longer want to others that do want them. It is one of the many things that people of any age are beginning to do because of seeing the bigger picture instead of just pieces of it. It is then that they begin to make a difference in other people’s lives.
Making a difference in someone’s life can be beneficial in more ways than one.  People see it with a chain reaction potentially occurring while the recipient and giver being changed as well. People make a difference everyday with and without realizing it. When someone makes a difference it shows in the long run no matter how little or long time passes. It is making a difference that leaves a lasting impression on a person’s life. To make a difference is taking time to help someone whether it is something as little as making them dinner or something major such as saving their life. Something slight can make a difference in someone’s life. It is taking the time to even do so that can also make a difference.
Giving back and making a difference are two things that society is slowing starting to learn. Many people are already giving back to others which leads to making a difference in the long run. It is both that in essence leave an impact in people’s lives.

Cultural Difference

The United States is the center of cultural differences with two of them being religion and ethnicity which is how the U.S was founded.
Religion has been one of the many differences with all types of religion being in the United States. Despite that, all religions tend to bash each other for being a different path to a higher power. To further add, when they do bash each other for being different, they say their way is the right. The flipside of that is they get offended when they are bashed on. It is not a one way street when it comes to bashing.  In time, they may get to a point where they are able to learn to get along with peace, unity and harmony. In turn, they will show that they can be tolerant of each other in addition to being respectful towards each other instead of constantly fighting.
It is similar in the ethnicity war. Many blame Islamic people for September 11th attacks when in fact it was a group of extremists that were practiced Islam. There has always been hatred and violence towards different groups of people because of their difference. Due to them not being the same, they were treated differently. In retrospect, being different is good because it means that the world is exciting. The world should blend with each other in the sense of talking to each other instead of segregated. The world would be boring otherwise.
Many people are unwilling to blend in the sense of talking to one another. It is due to many not knowing much about different cultures. In turn, there is violence instead of peace. By learning about different cultures, people will become more open minded  with the end result being shocking. It is a more peaceful world instead of a world filled with fighting.
Despite the difference between religion and ethnicity, blending and learning about different cultures can be beneficial in the long run and eventually bring peace.

Epilepsy Tips

Having people that can and will help is something that will benefit everyone in the long run. Sharing experiences can bring something to the table that wasn’t there before due to not knowing it was around.

Many are spread out from each other in some way even in the same state all because of living situations. Bigger cities usually have more people though because of more public transit
Struggling is more of something that can be changed out after a while. Why? After a while the struggle is over because of getting used to the frequency as well as what to do and how. To further add, one is able to tell others about having Epilepsy.
Helping others especially friends that have started having seizures is something that can go a long ways even though it may not seem like it. Being there for someone after a seizure will always help. Everyone needs friends

Reaching out is always the first step in anything. Many are not willing to do so because of being embarrassed or scared. It is okay to be both. The flipside to that is it will be worth it in the end.
Nobody “deals with it” they live with it. It is not something to be sorry about. It shows negative thoughts and vibes when saying that sorry about living with it.
Change in thinking is something that many can and eventually do because of seeing others with Epilepsy leading a normal life. People assume things about everyone especially those with medical conditions
Positive thinking results in positive thoughts, actions and reactions. Eventually positivity breaks negative thought habits. Often times, those with Epilepsy that get stuck in a negative rut as I call it do not realize how negative they are until later on
Negative thoughts lead to negative actions and reactions. With negativity comes negative outcomes. It also adds a layer of depression because of feeling worthless and useless. Yes that is normal to an extent. Teaching others about Epilepsy as well as leading a normal life to the best of your ability can help even more. It may seem like a lot but it is not when time flies.
Most generally are positive people due to seeing multiple sides of having Epilepsy. There is an added layer to it though. Even the most positive person has many moments of negative and feeling useless. It is one of many things that are inevitable. There are downsides to everything and always will be. There are even people that seem like positive people that are very negative.
